is a board-certified practicing pediatrician, with over 31 years of experience, and sub-specialty training and expertise in several areas — pediatric infectious diseases, adolescent medicine, sports medicine, ADHD and developmental/learning disabilities. He is fellowship trained in Pediatric Infectious Diseases and in Nonsurgical Sports Medicine. His experience includes clinical research at pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Bomze has treated children of all ages and with many different problems.

Dr. Bomze provides consulting, opinions and expert witness testimony for medical malpractice and personal injury attorneys, both plaintiff and defense, and insurance providers, as well as performing independent medical examinations (IMEs). He provides consultation and expert witness testimony regarding medical issues in family (child custody) cases, and also in child abuse and neglect cases, both civil and criminal. He is also on the Pediatric Medical Review Board of a malpractice carrier and does case reviews and risk management work.
